At DigitalMedSchool.com, all products are delivered digitally and made available instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we maintain a strict no-refund policy under most circumstances.
All Sales Are Final
Once an eBook has been accessed through our FlipBook viewer, or a course package link has been generated and made available for download, the sale is considered complete and no refund will be issued.
Exception — Defective or Misdescribed Products
We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement if:
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened
- The download link is non-functional and cannot be resolved by our support team
- The product is significantly different from its description on the product page
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We review all claims within 48 hours.
